Set appointment for oil change and fuel filters. Also ask to find out what the click noise ways in tbe 4 wheel high mode. After 6 days tbeshop ask me to come by and verifysound. I came the next morning and showed the mechanic. It made some noose but he said it was probably tbe bds lift. I ask to pay for the oil and fuel filter and he said he didnt get to them. I had to leave because i only have one truck and they had it a week and didnt bother to get to anything. I also noticed after getting home that i now have greese stain over the driver seat on the ceiling. Very pour service. Ihad it there over a month back for the noise and they had it for a week and didnt even lool at it. Gave a second chance and want be back.

I went in to have the emissions fixed after the check engine light came on. This is a 2023 Acadia, I bought at the end of August 2023. After driving the car approximately 60 miles, the check engine light came on again, this time advising me the engine was overheating and would go to idle mode. I again took my vehicle back to have this issue addressed. They told me they didn’t have the part and gave me a loaner vehicle. I was able to pick up my car the next day with everything being fixed. I then drove approximately 150 miles, only to have the check engine light come back on with the engine power being lowered and a message the emission system is again messed up. This happened while I was on the road and out of town. I do like the dealership, but I’m starting to believe this car is a lemon.

I brought my truck in early around 7am to leave it for a 9:30am appointment. The advisor I was supposed to have wasn’t in that day, so an advisor named Michael Jordan assisted in checking in my vehicle for me to leave it for my 9:30 appointment. Very nice and professional Went home and took a nap by the time 9:30 rolled around, he was calling to tell me my truck was ready. I was very surprised since my appointment was AT 9:30. So was very happy with the service, quick turn around, follow up call that it was done and MJ’s GOAT like customer service.

I am had several difficulty scheduling service on a vehicle purchased in April that service was completed in July. At the time of purchase the vehicle had few minor issues and we were told the dealership would take care of them as the vehicle was new and covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. I had reservations about leaving our trade in as we were warned that some of the items may take some time to resolve. We were promised that we would have a loaner while our new vehicle was being repaired and that a service writer would give us a call the next day to schedule. Due to this promise of a loner, we agreed to leave our trade in at the dealership. We were contacted by the service writer the next day and he let us know that the loner was out but should be back in the next day or 2 and that our name was placed on a list. That was April 19th. I call every week or 2 and am told the same thing. There are no loners but one is coming back in the next day or so and that you will call. Finally in July I call and dealership informs me that they have no record of my vehicle needing any work. I had left serval messages with the service manager and with the sales manager but none were ever returned. Finally I wrote a long message on the dealership website and it was finally Marco called. He setup a loner and vehicle was repaired. Marco called and told us the vehicle would be completed Friday afternoon. Upon picking up the vehicle the service manager told my wife "looks like you guys are finally picking up the vehicle". She was confused as it was suppose to be just completed that morning. Invoices show it was done Wednesday. Vehicle was returned unwashed and dirty from being in the shop. Evidently customer service and communication is not the dealers priority or even concern.

I don’t think I’ve ever worked so hard to buy a vehicle. Staff seemed disinterested in closing a deal. Both the sales rep my wife and son met with and test drove vehicles with and the rep my wife and I met with the next day when we purchased the vehicle. Also - misinformation provided by the first sales rep regarding the used Encore GX - said no warranty on it when the vehicle was certified. I had filled out an online credit application. Never heard from anyone so I just paid for the car. I have a gm supplier account code/number and would have financed at a decent rate. We bought from you because of your location and that’s about it. I’m hopeful our experience with the fixed operations side of your business is better than the variable experience.

We have been waiting for about 3 months regarding a chip on our windshield. Its on the driver side. They tell us someone will contact us. Nothing happens, my husband has made 3 visits duriing this time. They take our information and say they will make the claim and tell us someone will contact you. Now we have another issue with the car, a door ding (bad one) on the passenger side. Not one person seems to be in a hurry at the GMC PLACE!! We pay for a service that they are good to sale UP, but not to make it work like they sale it. It's very misleading and discouraging.

I checked on Heritage's web site and saw a blue 2025 Envision Avenir, called their office and they transferred me to Doug Hogue. I told Doug I wanted that blue Avenir and was heading his way. Thirty minutes later I arrived, the car was at the front door and process began. Everyone there were very friendly and was a comfortable situation. Doug started the process, then went to Joshua in finance, signed the paperwork and then finished with Doug with a thorough discussion inside the car going through the screens, buttons and all. Well, the problem I went in for is a known issue. First, I couldn't get anyone to call me back to schedule the appointment, then when I got there I told them I was going to wait for it. It seems that they just tried the simplest fix to get me out of there. When I got home and went out later that day, problem occurred more frequently than it has so far. Wish I had purchased my vehicle at Sewell as they know how to treat service customers.

While the staff was courteous, my overall experience was disappointing. I waited over two and a half hours for an oil change, state inspection, and cabin filter replacement; however, the cabin filter was never changed. I also had to repeatedly ask about the status of my vehicle and was told several times that it would be ready “in a few minutes,” which unfortunately was not the case. I’ve never experienced this level of delay or miscommunication during previous visits, and I hope this feedback can help improve future customer experiences. Service Dept DID repair my car just fine, BUT the whole thing was aggravating because of really poor communication. I had questions about what was wrong with it & HOW long it would take and they would not answer my call or text to keep me updated. NOW I've had to contact them again because owners manual was in glove compartment when I left car for service and it is not there now. I called Sam to ask him to look for as well as emailed so I could come pick it up but need to verify he has it. He has NOT responded. The car is new to me and desperately need that manual. Don't know WHY he will not contact me!!

1.Once I arrived no greeting by anyone, I had to wait as my tech was on a call and no one else can check me in I guess? 2. When my service was done my truck still showed low fluids, oil change lighted up on my board which tells me either they didn't reset them or didn't check all the points as they should 3. No complimentary car wash which when purchasing my truck it was said to me thst was offered and done evertime my truck gets serviced but not here which is sad to see a dealership not going out and beyond for thier customers with complimentary car washes (majority do have that) 4. I should've explored more other dealerships as this one its far to get here and as of yet I have not had a good experience but it's too late now since I purchase my truck from here,, I have to deal with it.

I bought our vehicle with outside financing and completed the deal over the phone prior to stepping into the dealership. All we needed to do was simply come pick up the vehicle and sign a few documents in financing. We drove 1.5 hours to get to the dealership and then waited for nearly 2 hours just sign papers to pick up our vehicle. I wish there would have been an option to sign these papers ahead of time to avoid the 2 hour wait for financing.

Went in for a wind noise near the front windshield. It showed up after I got my last oil at this location. Also had you guys look at the transmission since there was a shudder while shifting. This is apparently a very common problem in these GM trucks. Got quoted $5400. A local shop quoted less than half that for the same thing. Wind noise was “not heard” and not fixed nor would be fixed until repairs in the transmission were completed. I’m never buying another GM vehicle or returning to this dealership again.

The service rep was great but the tech that worked on my truck lied about rotating my tires. The tech came out to talk to me after I told the service rep my tires were not rotated. I told him he did not rotate the tires, he looked at me and said he did rotate them but would do it again. I showed the service rep they were not rotated because they were marked and his tech lied to me about it.

Service is fine, however they didn’t check fluid levels, light for washer fluid came on as I left parking lot. I also had to call 3 times to get through to service department on two separate days. They don’t pick up, a very nice gentleman Mario picked up after 4 there peiple just keep sending me back to service line. He had to walk back and pick up phone himself and hand it off. Once I got there the next day , everyone is nice and very helpful, but appears some training on picking up phone might be warranted , I was on hold for 17 minutes to simply set up an appointment for an oil change

Terrible . The repairs I needed done took six weeks . Then when I finally got it back the mechanic failed to properly fasten a hose which caused my coolant to leak. My vehicle overheated and I was stuck on the side of the road . Then it had to be taken to the heritage shop again and they didn’t offer me a loaner car ever. Still waiting for my vehicle

The techs never top off my fuels im very disappointed I been taking my car here since I purchased it and checked my cooling fluids and it was almost bone dry....I like my service adviser he said he gas spoken to them but they still failed to what's requested...I'm a female so I assume they figured I wouldn't notice until my brand new car is messed up under the hood because they lack doing there inspection check when they do oil changes.

Well for starters ur supply chain sucks, was told it would be 7-10 days to get the part in, its a 2025 Chevy Trax … unacceptable… then we were told cuz GMC is cheap and only is contracted through a local Hertz that there were no rentals available n they said they had all 25 of their loaners out…. WHAT?! What does that say about the quality of the GM product, their efficiency, their preparation, or lack thereof. I was stuck at my house for two days unable to go anywhere, by the third or fourth day we finally got a loaner… after that things were good but good grief, I’ve never heard of being out of both rentals n loaners. U might want to diversify n add enterprise n not just limit to to local, so u can support ur customers better. We were also told that there would be no shuttle service out side of Rockwall Tx, even tho I live in Royse City which is in the same county… lucky I didn’t have to walk home. The fact that a dealerships resources is that limited is a reflection on the company as a whole n its leadership… yall better step ur game up or u gonna go bankrupt again be careful u might not get bailed out again like last time. Do better

You took care of us when our truck was in for service. that is the sales dept. Service Nathan did not call one time I would call and leave message. He would only return call when my salesmen would tell him to. Even when new engine came and truck was done he never said a word. So we bought a new truck. Again sales took care of us loaner.

I'm no fan of negative feedback, but since you asked . . . 1. It took 4 phone calls to the dealership to even reach the service department. 2. The person in service who finally picked up treated me rudely on the phone. 3. The service department refused to let me schedule an appointment. They said it was easier for them if I just dropped off my GMC Sierra (we have 3 of them). 4. When I dropped it off, I reported these matters to the service manager. I received no acknowledgement or apology. 5. When I finally got my truck back after a week at the dealership, none of the warranty items had actually been repaired to the extent that they were fixed. I showed these problems to the warranty manager and the mechanic who had the truck. They gave me no plan of action to rectify them. I'll be interested to see if anything productive comes from this feedback. Thank you.

Everything was great. Still in my free maintenance window… 1 complaint…Raised a concern about horrendous brake noise to my advisor and he said… ‘we don’t have any good answers for this known issue’. I appreciate the honesty, but I think it needs to be addressed on some level. It’s quite embarrassing.
